Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (IST) on a business day are generally dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM (IST) will be dispatched on the next business day, and in any case within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances).
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.

Delhi NCR Deliveries

We strive to provide the fastest possible delivery service across Delhi NCR. Most Delhi NCR orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch, subject to courier operations and service availability.

Other Locations

For orders outside Delhi NCR, delivery generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.

Shipping Charges

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the shipment, the courier may attempt re-delivery according to their policy. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment if required.
